Roberts Pack ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and applications "Know Thyself" and "The Pack". We are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Data Collection

We collect information when you use our Google OAuth sign-in, including your name and email address. We also collect data you input regarding pet health and personal metrics.

2. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Google Firebase for hosting and database management.

3. Google User Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Deletion

Users can request data deletion by contacting us at hello@robertspack.com. We will process requests within 30 days.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Roberts Pack tools, you agree to these terms. These services are provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not use our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos and original content are the property of Roberts Pack. You may not reproduce our code or design without express permission.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Roberts Pack grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our web applications strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or derive the source code of any Roberts Pack software, or use our services to build a competitive product.

3. Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Roberts Pack may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects. In no event shall Roberts Pack be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the software.
